Who this policy covers
E&M Brownsville Concrete and Masonry is a masonry contractor in Brownsville, TX. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, call us or ask for an estimate, what we do with it and what choices you have.
It applies to every page of our site, starting with the home page, and to the information you send us through it. If you have a question about anything here, our contact page is the quickest way to reach us.
Information you give us
When you fill out our estimate or contact form, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and a description of the work. We need these so we can call you back, schedule a visit and give you a quote for the right property.
Our contact form is hosted by an outside form service, so the details you type into it pass through that service before they reach us. That service handles your information under its own privacy terms.
If you call us at (956) 505-5518 or email us, we keep the details you share, such as your name, number, address and what you need done, so we can follow up on your job.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours may collect basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, device, the pages you view, how long you stay and the site that sent you to us. This comes through cookies, which are small files stored by your browser, and through analytics tools that count visits.
We use this information in summary form to see which pages people find useful and to fix pages that don't work well. It isn't used to identify you personally.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not remember your choices.
How we use your information
We use what you give us to answer your questions, schedule estimates, prepare quotes, do the work you hire us for, send invoices and keep records of jobs we've done. We may also contact you about a job you've asked us about or a job we've completed for you.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent or trade it to other businesses for their marketing. We share it only with the services we rely on to run the business, such as our form, email and phone providers, or when the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to finish the work, stand behind it, handle billing and meet our legal and tax obligations. Requests that don't turn into a job are kept only as long as they're useful for following up, and then deleted.
Summary analytics data is kept by the analytics tools under their own retention settings.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We'll do so unless we need to keep a record to finish a job, collect payment or follow the law.
You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we'll take you off our list.
Keeping your information safe
We limit access to customer information to the people who need it to do the work, and we use reputable services to receive and store it. No website or email system is completely secure, so we can't promise that information sent over the internet will never be intercepted.
Children's privacy
Our site is meant for adults who own or manage property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn that we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or the way we run the business changes. The current version will always be on this page.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you want to see, correct or delete your information, or you have a concern about how we've handled it, call us at (956) 505-5518 or send a message through our contact page. We'll look into it and get back to you.
